Annabelle is a Licensed Eyelash Technician and Spray Tan Technician. She is currently a student at the University of Minnesota majoring in Psychology. Annabelle loves to socialize and make people feel their best! In her free time, she enjoys cooking, playing volleyball, traveling, obsessing over her dog, and spending time with her friends/family. Annabelle is so excited to join the Loft of Beauty team!

Emma is a licensed esthetician and graduated from the Institute of Advanced Aesthetics in Minnetonka summer of 2023. She has always had a passion for beauty and making connections with people, which drove her to pursue her career in Esthetics. When she’s not working, she enjoys traveling, going to concerts, trying new restaurants, and spending time with family and friends. Emma feels the most confident when she has a fresh set of lashes and a spray tan, and she can’t wait to instill the same confidence in her clients! She’s so excited to be a part of The Loft of Beauty team and can’t wait to meet you all!

Riley is a Licensed Esthetician who graduated from The MedSpa Institute of America in October 2022. She has always had a passion for the beauty industry & once she found it, she knew there was nothing else she could see herself doing for her career. Outside of work, Riley’s hobbies include shopping, traveling to warm destinations, spending time with family/friends, coffee dates, & enjoying rooftop restaurants/bars. Riley feels her best when she has glowing, bronzed skin with a fresh set of brows & lashes. She is looking forward to providing that for you as well & is so excited to join The Loft of Beauty!

Stella is a Licensed Eyelash Technician who graduated from MN Brow and Lash Academy. She has always had a passion for beauty and making others feel amazing about themselves. She can’t wait to start at The Loft of Beauty offering eyelash extensions & boosting her clients confidence. She will also be pursuing her business management degree at Century College! Outside of work and school, Stella loves to golf, lay in the sun, and spend time with her friends & family. She is super excited to join The Loft of Beauty team & let her journey unfold!

Brooke Hatlestad and Kaitlin Feil began their journey as coworkers in August 2018. Their connection formed through their love of the beauty industry, living an active lifestyle, and boosting self-confidence amongst women. Brooke and Kaitlin traveled to LA to become Mega Volume Certified in October 2019 where their bond grew even stronger. Two women with similar aspirations and 15+ years of combined lashing experience were inspired to open a business. Both raised in small towns, they aimed to create a brand that clearly communicated its difference amongst others by incorporating the “small business, big heart” feel in the Minne-city. Together, Brooke + Kaitlin are committed to instilling passion at the heart of all that they do. Fortunately, The Loft of Beauty has grown a team of professionals with the same goals & desires to make it the company it is today.
BROOKE HATLESTAD
CO-FOUNDER / / LICENSED EYELASH TECHNICIAN
Having a passion for beauty and business has ultimately led Brooke Alexandra to become the woman she is today. As both of her parents are successful business owners, they provided the necessary lense for her ambition to open her own business. In 2015, Brooke founded Meraki Collections, a lash-focused business, while attending Minnesota State University- Mankato as a postsecondary student. While growing her business, Brooke graduated from college with a degree in Business Management, Innovation and Entrepreneurship, and Business Administration. After graduation she spent eighteen months lashing at four different locations; learning more about skincare at two med-spas, specialized in extensions at a lash salon in the city, and drove back to Mankato weekly to take care of her loyal clientele. These collective experiences made a pivotal contribution in pursuance of her goals.
Eager to utilize years of continuously evolving knowledge, she co-founded The Loft of Beauty. Brooke Alexandra has a love for empowering women, building client-based beauty businesses, bonding with women that have an entrepreneurial spirit, and lashing {of course}. She values leaving a footprint in as many women’s lives as she can. She is relentlessly committed to making a difference in each client’s self-confidence, giving meaning to her work.
KAITLIN FEIL
CO-FOUNDER / / LICENSED ESTHETICIAN
Kate is a licensed esthetician with over 11 years of experience in skincare, makeup, waxing, and lash extensions. Her professional journey began in the beauty industry by going postsecondary to Minnesota West Technical College-Jackson to obtain her esthetician license. She then went on to study public relations at Minnesota State University, Mankato. Afterward, she moved to Minneapolis to start her practice in skincare (her first love in the beauty industry), before getting trained in lash extensions. It was then that her enthusiasm for lashing was sparked. Having an athletic and fitness background and being on the go, incorporating a simple beauty routine has always been essential; yet another reason why lash extensions became a passion of hers. She has always loved that this industry creates the opportunity to connect with others, empower women and boost their self-confidence. She believes in hard work, risk-taking, and utilizing an innovative mindset. With all the motivation behind her, it was only natural to become Co-Founder of The Loft of Beauty to create a “home away from home”.
