RESCHEDULE & CANCELLATION POLICY

We value our time with you! We understand that schedules change and emergencies happen. We require a reschedule or cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If you reschedule/cancel within 12-24 hours of your appointment, your card on file will be charged 50% of the service fee. If you reschedule/cancel within 12 hours of your appointment, your card on file will be charged 100% of the service fee as that appointment slot will no longer be able to be booked by another client.

NO- SHOW POLICY:

If you simply do not show up to your appointment with NO notice 100% of your scheduled appointment will be charged. With this little or no notice, there will not be enough time to potentially fill the scheduled time frame that was held for you.

L A T E P O L I C Y:

If you are less than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you will have the remaining time of your scheduled appointment and will be responsible for paying the full amount. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you will be asked to reschedule and still will be responsible for paying the full amount of your scheduled appointment. In order for your licensed practitioner to achieve optimal fullness, please be on time to your appointment.

ADDITIONAL POLICIES

  • If you are under the age of 18, we require a parental guardian’s signature prior to the scheduled appointment.

  • For all lash fill appointments, at least 30% of your extensions must be remaining. If you are missing more than 30% of your extensions, you will be charged for a minimal set. If you are missing all of your extensions, you will be charged for a full set.
